As an avid runner, Mary has finished three full marathons and a number of half marathons. Mary took her first indoor cycling class while living in New York City and looking for ways to cross-train. After her first class – she was hooked! Mary loves that indoor cycling gives you a great workout AND is fun. In terms of fitness, she strongly believes that anything is better than nothing and that everyone can succeed at their own level. Mary wants her riders to leave class feeling energized, healthy, and confident!
